For me, leadership is that trait that helps an individual to lead a team by taking their responsibility. I have learned that being a leader means to see the entirety through to success and having the inventiveness to inspire new approaches of thinking. Being a leader does not mean passing the order to your juniors, rather it means to take the responsibility for them. After going through the course I have learned that one of the qualities of a good leader is that he not only guides others but supports everyone in the way of their success, simultaneously with the success of the company.
